In recent years, with the booming industry and commerce in Taiwan and the improvement of people's living standards, relative material enjoyment and consumption behavior have increased day by day, which in turn generated a large amount of waste and caused environmental pollution problems. In order to solve the increasingly serious environmental pollution caused by waste, the Environmental Protection Agency of the Executive Yuan (hereinafter referred to as the Environmental Protection Agency) has already begun to actively plan and promote the concept of resource waste recycling, hoping to incorporate resources in waste into resource recovery. In the system, it is recycled and reused to achieve the purpose of waste reduction. The Environmental Protection Bureau of Hsinchu County Government (hereinafter referred to as the Environmental Protection Bureau) cooperates with the Environmental Protection Agency to promote the promotion and control of resource recycling. In order to implement and smooth resource recycling channels, it actively plans the responsible operators, sellers and recycling companies designated in the resource recycling system. Operators operate control plans in accordance with relevant laws and regulations such as the Waste Disposal Law, the Measures for the Management of Responsible Operators of Recyclable Waste, and strengthen inspection and guidance for government agencies, communities, schools, and cleaning teams.
